This easy to follow coaching program with actionable tips and strategies is offered in a highly structured eight week program.
Weeks 1-4:
During the first four week session you will have:
Identified what you truly enjoy doing and excel at.
Gotten comfortable with your personal marketing pitch, knowing how to frame / discuss your previous experiences.
Developed a target list of people you want to work with, and companies you want to be a part of. Especially stretches.
Expanded your professional network to include middle and senior level executives who can get you in front of hiring managers, decision-makers and key influencers.
Had phone calls with your expanded network, leading to informal meetings and subsequent interviews.
Become fully prepared for the interview process armed with strategies that will put you ahead of your competition.
This will include:
Participating in at least two (2) / week direct one-on-one calls.
Owning a completely revitalized and optimized LinkedIn profile that will allow for much easier expansion of valuable professional connections.
Seeing your confidence and comfort level with your presentation, branding, and abilities to network substantially enhanced.
Having a professional resume that will represent you as best as possible, but used only on an as-needed basis.
Weeks 5-8:
After your first eight weeks you will have:
Established an extensive network of professionals that will have a direct impact not only on your next job, but for the rest of your career.
Spoken and met with several of these professionals, leading to interviews with companies on your target list.
Continued to expand and maintain those contacts so they continue to produce job opportunities.
During those second four weeks you will:
Continue to have twice +/- weekly calls to continue building on the strategies developed during the first four weeks.
Become proficient at the entire interview process including follow up techniques.
Develop a comfort level with the offer negotiation phase.
Be prepared to start your new job and assimilate successfully onto your new team and company.
Everyone moves at a different rate of speed, and it is quite likely that you progress faster than what is outlined above, which would be great, of course!
